For teens, peer group connections are an important aspect of healthy development. These days, with Covid, teens are likely isolated from needed support persons outside of their immediate families.
Richard Nasef, MS LMFT is currently leading a teen support group on Saturdays. outdoors, at the Eldorado Community Center. All participants are masked and sit 10 feet apart.
The teen support group is a place where teens can interact with peers and tell their stories and listen to the stories of others.
